Annotation

Conclusion and Recommendations based on this report and previous findings known to us
The patient shows elevated serum creatinine and significant proteinuria, suggesting impaired renal function, possibly chronic kidney disease. Urine is cloudy, brown, with low specific gravity, and contains glucose, ketones, and bilirubin, but no evidence of infection. Blood glucose is normal. Lipid profile is within normal limits. Recommend nephrology evaluation and further assessment of renal function and possible underlying causes.
