Annotation

Conclusion and Recommendations based on this report and previous findings known to us
The findings indicate a urinary tract infection (UTI) with significant bacteriuria (E. coli >100,000 CFU/mL), positive nitrites, leukocyte esterase, elevated leukocytes, and presence of blood in urine. Glucosuria is noted, which may warrant evaluation for hyperglycemia or diabetes. Low urine specific gravity suggests dilute urine. No casts are seen. Clinical correlation and prompt treatment of UTI are recommended; further assessment for underlying glycemic control is advised.
