Annotation

Conclusion and Recommendations based on this report and previous findings known to us
Most parameters are within normal limits. Notable findings include low total cholesterol and low HDL cholesterol, which may be associated with increased cardiovascular risk in elderly patients. Platelet mean volume and distribution width are elevated, which can indicate increased platelet turnover or activation; clinical correlation is advised. No evidence of renal dysfunction or diabetes. Overall, results are largely unremarkable but lipid profile and platelet indices warrant clinical attention.
