Annotation

Conclusion and Recommendations based on this report and previous findings known to us
The patient shows significantly elevated serum creatinine, suggesting impaired renal function, and marked proteinuria, glycosuria, and ketonuria, indicating possible nephropathy and poor glycemic control. Low urine specific gravity may reflect impaired concentrating ability. Cloudy, brown urine with ammoniacal odor could suggest underlying urinary tract pathology. Mildly elevated chloride and low globulin are noted. Recommend further evaluation for renal insufficiency, diabetes control, and possible urinary tract issues.
