| Lipid profile is within normal limits. Mild leukopenia is noted, which may warrant follow-up if clinically indicated. Erythrocytosis and elevated hematocrit are present; consider possible dehydration, hypoxia, or other causes. Platelet count is normal, but platelet distribution width is markedly elevated, which may reflect platelet anisocytosis. Correlate with clinical findings. |
