Annotation

Conclusion and Recommendations based on this report and previous findings known to us
The findings indicate a urinary tract infection (UTI) with significant pyuria, bacteriuria, positive nitrites, and hematuria, confirmed by >100,000 CFU/mL E. coli in urine culture. The presence of glucose in urine may suggest hyperglycemia or impaired renal threshold. Low urine specific gravity could indicate dilute urine. Recommend clinical correlation and appropriate antimicrobial therapy.
