| SARS-CoV-2 (COVID-19) RNA panel - Respiratory system specimen by NAA with probe detection | Not detected |
| Conclusion and Recommendations based on this report and previous findings known to us |
|---|
| The patient shows hypoxemia, mild leukopenia, anemia, mild thrombocytopenia, and elevated red cell distribution width, suggesting possible chronic disease or bone marrow suppression. There is mild neutropenia, monocytosis, and basophilia. Renal function is impaired (elevated creatinine), with hyperbilirubinemia and hypoproteinemia, indicating possible liver dysfunction or hemolysis. Electrolytes are mostly normal except for mild hyperchloremia. No evidence of acute COVID-19 infection. Recommend clinical correlation for underlying causes, especially renal and hepatic dysfunction. |
