| The patient shows marked hyperbilirubinemia and elevated creatinine, indicating significant liver dysfunction and renal impairment. Severe acidemia (pH 6.9) and low total CO₂ suggest metabolic acidosis. Hemoglobin is mildly elevated, and LDL cholesterol is slightly high. Other parameters are within normal limits. Immediate clinical evaluation is recommended due to life-threatening acid-base disturbance and multi-organ dysfunction. |
