| The patient shows elevated creatinine, total bilirubin, chloride, and aPTT, with low MCV, ALT, PT, and arterial pH. These findings suggest impaired renal function, possible cholestasis or hemolysis, mild microcytosis, and metabolic acidosis. Liver synthetic function appears preserved. Coagulation abnormalities and acidosis require urgent clinical correlation and further evaluation. Other parameters are within normal limits. |
