All hematological parameters are within normal limits except for mildly elevated hemoglobin and markedly increased platelet distribution width. The elevated hemoglobin may reflect mild dehydration or individual variation; the high platelet distribution width suggests increased platelet size variability, which can be seen in reactive states but is nonspecific. No acute pathology evident; clinical correlation recommended.
