Conclusion and Recommendations based on this report and previous findings known to us
The patient shows markedly elevated creatinine and proteinuria, with low urine specific gravity and high microalbumin/creatinine ratio, suggesting significant renal impairment. Urine is cloudy, brown, and contains glucose, ketones, and bilirubin, but no infection markers. Blood glucose is normal, but HbA1c is low, possibly due to anemia or recent hypoglycemia. Mild metabolic acidosis is present (low CO₂). Findings are consistent with advanced kidney dysfunction; urgent nephrology evaluation is recommended.
