Annotation

Conclusion and Recommendations based on this report and previous findings known to us
The patient shows severe hypoxemia (O₂ sat 83%) and markedly elevated NT-proBNP, suggesting acute or decompensated heart failure. Mild normocytic anemia, low total protein, and mild hypoglycemia are present. Hematocrit and platelets are slightly elevated. No evidence of acute myocardial injury (normal troponin). Renal and liver function are within normal limits. Immediate clinical attention for hypoxemia and possible heart failure is recommended.
