The patient shows severe metabolic acidosis (arterial pH 6.9), markedly elevated creatinine (2.8 mg/dL), very high total bilirubin (10.1 mg/dL), and abnormal urine findings (protein, nitrite, ketones, glucose). These suggest acute kidney and liver dysfunction, possible sepsis, and metabolic decompensation. Immediate clinical evaluation and intervention are urgently recommended.
