Annotation

Conclusion and Recommendations based on this report and previous findings known to us
The patient shows normocytic, normochromic anemia (low hemoglobin, low MCHC), hypoalbuminemia, and mild thrombocytopenia. There is marked hyperbilirubinemia, mildly elevated ALT, and prolonged aPTT, suggesting possible liver dysfunction. Renal impairment is indicated by elevated creatinine. Severe metabolic acidosis (pH 6.9, low bicarbonate) and mild hypoglycemia are present. Immediate clinical evaluation is recommended due to critical acid-base disturbance and multi-organ involvement.
