Annotation

Conclusion and Recommendations based on this report and previous findings known to us
The patient shows elevated serum creatinine and proteinuria, suggesting impaired renal function. Urine findings (cloudy, brown, low specific gravity, protein, glucose, ketones, bilirubin) further support possible nephropathy, possibly with tubular dysfunction. Mild hypoglycemia and low serum globulin are noted. Liver enzymes are mostly normal except for mildly elevated alkaline phosphatase. No evidence of urinary tract infection. Recommend nephrology evaluation and further assessment for underlying renal and metabolic disorders.
