Conclusion and Recommendations based on this report and previous findings known to us
---
The patient shows marked hypoxemia (low arterial oxygen saturation), mild metabolic acidosis (low CO₂), mild hyperkalemia, low total protein, elevated alkaline phosphatase, and low HDL cholesterol. Other parameters, including cardiac markers and renal function, are within normal limits. Findings suggest possible hepatic or biliary dysfunction and risk for cardiovascular disease. Clinical correlation and further evaluation are recommended.
