Conclusion and Recommendations based on this report and previous findings known to us
The patient shows markedly elevated creatinine in both serum and blood, indicating significant renal impairment. Urinalysis reveals proteinuria, glucosuria, ketonuria, low specific gravity, and elevated microalbumin/creatinine ratio, supporting nephropathy. LDL cholesterol is also elevated. HbA1c is low, possibly due to recent hypoglycemia or anemia. Urine findings (cloudy, brown, ammoniacal) may suggest underlying renal or metabolic pathology. Recommend urgent nephrology evaluation.
