Annotation

Conclusion and Recommendations based on this report and previous findings known to us
All blood and urine parameters are within normal limits except for mildly elevated potassium (5.2 mmol/L), high platelet distribution width, and low urine specific gravity. The potassium elevation is slight and may be pre-analytical; clinical correlation is advised. The high platelet distribution width may indicate platelet size variability but with normal platelet count. Low urine specific gravity could suggest dilute urine; assess hydration status. No evidence of infection, hematuria, or proteinuria. Overall, no acute laboratory abnormalities.
