The patient shows elevated creatinine, significant proteinuria, glycosuria, ketonuria, and abnormal urine appearance (cloudy, brown, ammoniacal), with low urine specific gravity and low HbA1c. These findings suggest impaired renal function, likely chronic kidney disease with possible nephrotic-range proteinuria. Glycosuria with normal blood glucose and low HbA1c may indicate renal tubular dysfunction. Recommend nephrology evaluation and further assessment for underlying renal pathology.
