The patient shows mild hypoglycemia, low total cholesterol and HDL, elevated chloride, and low CO₂, which may suggest mild metabolic acidosis or compensation. Renal function and lipid profile (except HDL) are within normal limits. No evidence of significant renal impairment or diabetes. Clinical correlation is recommended, especially regarding electrolyte and acid-base status.
