Annotation

Conclusion and Recommendations based on this report and previous findings known to us
The patient shows elevated creatinine, proteinuria, low urine specific gravity, and abnormal urine appearance, suggesting possible renal impairment. There is also elevated urine and blood chloride, bilirubinuria, and mildly increased LDL cholesterol. HbA1c is low, but glucose is normal. No evidence of urinary tract infection. Recommend further nephrological evaluation for possible chronic kidney disease and assessment of liver function due to bilirubinuria.
