| The patient shows mild leukopenia and borderline anemia, significant hyperbilirubinemia, elevated creatinine indicating renal impairment, and marked metabolic acidosis (pH 7.0) with low glucose and reduced oxygen saturation. Liver enzymes are normal, suggesting isolated bilirubin elevation. These findings are concerning for acute or chronic renal and hepatic dysfunction with possible hypoglycemia and respiratory compromise; urgent clinical evaluation is recommended. |
