Annotation

Conclusion and Recommendations based on this report and previous findings known to us
The patient shows markedly elevated NT-proBNP, suggestive of possible heart failure or cardiac dysfunction. Mild hyperkalemia, elevated magnesium, and low total CO₂ may indicate renal or metabolic disturbances. HDL cholesterol is low, increasing cardiovascular risk. Other parameters, including blood count, renal, and liver function, are within or near normal limits. Clinical correlation and further cardiac and metabolic evaluation are recommended.
