The patient shows elevated creatinine, suggesting impaired renal function. Urinalysis reveals significant proteinuria, glucosuria, bilirubinuria, low specific gravity, and abnormal urine appearance (cloudy, brown, ammoniacal), indicating possible nephrotic syndrome or advanced renal disease. Blood glucose and HbA1c are not elevated, so diabetes is unlikely. No evidence of urinary infection. Recommend further nephrological evaluation and assessment for underlying renal pathology.
