The patient shows mildly low serum glucose, elevated creatinine, and mild hyperkalemia, suggesting possible renal impairment. Urinalysis reveals significant proteinuria, glycosuria, ketonuria, low specific gravity, and abnormal urine color/appearance, supporting renal dysfunction (possibly nephrotic syndrome or diabetic nephropathy). No evidence of urinary tract infection. Recommend further evaluation of renal function and glycemic status.
