Annotation

Conclusion and Recommendations based on this report and previous findings known to us
The patient shows mildly elevated HbA1c, indicating suboptimal long-term glycemic control, and a low fasting glucose, which may suggest recent hypoglycemia or tight glucose management. Mild anemia is present (low hemoglobin), but other red cell indices are within normal limits. Platelet count is normal, but platelet distribution width is elevated, possibly reflecting increased platelet size variability. Renal and electrolyte parameters are within normal limits. Overall, findings suggest prediabetes/diabetes with mild anemia; clinical correlation and further evaluation are recommended.
