Conclusion and Recommendations based on this report and previous findings known to us
The patient shows elevated creatinine, suggesting impaired renal function, and mild hyperchloremia with low CO₂, indicating possible metabolic acidosis. Urinalysis reveals proteinuria, glucosuria, ketonuria, bilirubinuria, and abnormal urine appearance, supporting renal dysfunction and possible tubular damage. Low HbA1c excludes chronic hyperglycemia. Findings are consistent with acute or chronic kidney injury, possibly with a component of tubular dysfunction; further nephrological evaluation is recommended.
