Annotation

Conclusion and Recommendations based on this report and previous findings known to us
The patient shows elevated fasting glucose, dyslipidemia (high total cholesterol, LDL, triglycerides, and low HDL), and mildly elevated chloride. HbA1c is within normal limits, suggesting no chronic hyperglycemia. Renal function and microalbumin/creatinine ratio are normal. Findings are consistent with metabolic syndrome and increased cardiovascular risk; clinical follow-up and lifestyle modification are recommended.
