Annotation

Conclusion and Recommendations based on this report and previous findings known to us
Laboratory results are largely within normal limits. Mildly elevated chloride and low CO₂ may suggest a mild metabolic acidosis. Erythrocyte count is slightly low, but other red cell indices are normal, indicating no significant anemia. Platelet distribution width is elevated, which may reflect increased platelet size variability but platelet count is normal. No evidence of renal dysfunction, dyslipidemia, or impaired glucose control. Clinical correlation recommended.
