Annotation

Conclusion and Recommendations based on this report and previous findings known to us
The patient shows evidence of impaired glucose metabolism (elevated HbA1c), mild renal dysfunction (elevated creatinine), and dyslipidemia (high total cholesterol, LDL, low HDL). There is also mild anemia (low hemoglobin) and abnormal platelet indices. These findings suggest increased cardiovascular and metabolic risk; clinical correlation and further evaluation are recommended.
