The patient shows markedly elevated creatinine in both serum and blood, indicating significant renal impairment. Urinalysis reveals proteinuria, glucosuria, ketonuria, low specific gravity, and elevated microalbumin/creatinine ratio, supporting renal dysfunction with possible nephrotic features. Lipid profile shows hypercholesterolemia and high LDL. HbA1c is low, suggesting no chronic hyperglycemia. Urine findings (cloudy, brown, ammoniacal) may indicate underlying renal or urinary tract pathology. Recommend urgent nephrology evaluation.
