Most parameters are within normal limits. Mildly elevated potassium and chloride, with slightly decreased total CO₂, may suggest a tendency toward mild metabolic acidosis or early renal tubular dysfunction. Renal function (urea, creatinine) is normal. Recommend clinical correlation and, if indicated, repeat electrolytes and assess acid-base status.
