Annotation

Conclusion and Recommendations based on this report and previous findings known to us
The patient shows elevated creatinine, proteinuria, and bilirubinuria, with low urine specific gravity and abnormal urine appearance, suggesting possible renal dysfunction and impaired concentrating ability. Blood electrolytes show mild hyperchloremia and low CO₂, possibly indicating mild metabolic acidosis. HbA1c is low, ruling out chronic hyperglycemia. Recommend further nephrological evaluation and assessment for possible liver involvement.
