The patient shows evidence of impaired renal function (elevated creatinine, significant proteinuria, low urine specific gravity), hypoglycemia with low HbA1c, and mild metabolic acidosis (low CO₂, high chloride). Urine findings (cloudy, brown, ammoniacal) suggest possible renal or hepatic involvement, but no clear infection. Further nephrological and metabolic evaluation is recommended.
