Annotation

Conclusion and Recommendations based on this report and previous findings known to us
The patient shows hypoglycemia, elevated creatinine indicating impaired renal function, and metabolic acidosis (low CO₂). Urinalysis reveals significant proteinuria, glycosuria, ketonuria, low specific gravity, acidic pH, and abnormal urine appearance, suggesting nephrotic syndrome or diabetic nephropathy with possible tubular dysfunction. No evidence of urinary tract infection. Recommend urgent nephrology evaluation and assessment for underlying diabetes and renal disease.
