| The patient shows mildly elevated HbA1c, suggesting impaired glucose tolerance or early diabetes, despite normal fasting glucose. Hemoglobin, hematocrit, and platelet distribution width are elevated, which may indicate dehydration or possible underlying hematologic conditions. Chloride is slightly high but likely not clinically significant. Renal function, electrolytes, and other blood counts are within normal limits. Clinical correlation and further evaluation of glycemic control and elevated red cell parameters are recommended. |
