Annotation

Conclusion and Recommendations based on this report and previous findings known to us
All blood chemistry and hematology parameters are within normal limits. Platelet mean volume and distribution width are mildly elevated, which may indicate increased platelet turnover but is nonspecific. Urine shows low specific gravity and slightly alkaline pH; this may reflect dilute urine or mild renal concentrating impairment, but no protein, blood, or infection markers are present. Overall, no acute laboratory abnormalities detected; recommend clinical correlation and monitoring.
