| The patient shows significantly elevated creatinine in both serum and blood, indicating impaired renal function. Urinalysis reveals marked proteinuria, elevated microalbumin/creatinine ratio, bilirubinuria, low specific gravity, and abnormal urine appearance, all supporting renal dysfunction, possibly nephrotic syndrome or advanced kidney disease. Blood glucose and HbA1c are low, excluding diabetes as a cause. Recommend urgent nephrology evaluation for further assessment and management. |
