Annotation

Conclusion and Recommendations based on this report and previous findings known to us
The patient shows mildly elevated serum creatinine, suggesting possible impaired renal function, and elevated urine protein, which may indicate proteinuria. Urine is cloudy, brown, with low specific gravity and positive for glucose and bilirubin, raising concern for renal or hepatic dysfunction and possible glycosuria. Electrolytes are mostly within normal limits except for slightly high chloride. Lipid profile shows low total cholesterol. Recommend further evaluation of renal and hepatic function and assessment for possible urinary tract or systemic disease.
