Annotation

Conclusion and Recommendations based on this report and previous findings known to us
The patient shows mild anemia (low hemoglobin and hematocrit) with normal red cell indices, suggesting a non-microcytic, non-hypochromic anemia. Platelet count is normal, but both mean platelet volume and platelet distribution width are elevated, which may indicate increased platelet turnover or activation. Leukocyte count is within normal limits. Further clinical correlation and investigation for the cause of anemia are recommended.
