Annotation

Conclusion and Recommendations based on this report and previous findings known to us
The patient shows significant hyperglycemia with normal HbA1c, suggesting possible acute or stress-related glucose elevation. There is marked dyslipidemia: high total cholesterol, LDL, triglycerides, and low HDL, increasing cardiovascular risk. Renal function, electrolytes, and urine microalbumin/creatinine ratio are within normal limits. Recommend further evaluation for diabetes and aggressive management of lipid abnormalities.
