Annotation

Conclusion and Recommendations based on this report and previous findings known to us
The patient shows elevated creatinine, potassium, chloride, total bilirubin, INR, aPTT, LDL and total cholesterol, and low arterial pH and oxygen saturation, suggesting impaired renal function, possible metabolic acidosis, mild hyperbilirubinemia, and dyslipidemia. Coagulation abnormalities and hypoxemia are also present. Further clinical correlation and urgent evaluation for renal, hepatic, and respiratory dysfunction are recommended.
