| Laboratory results show good glycemic control and normal renal function. Electrolytes and most metabolic parameters are within normal limits, except for mildly decreased total CO₂, which may suggest mild metabolic acidosis. Lipid profile reveals elevated total and LDL cholesterol, and low HDL cholesterol, indicating increased cardiovascular risk. Urine microalbumin/creatinine ratio is normal. Recommend addressing dyslipidemia and monitoring acid-base status as clinically indicated. |
