Annotation

Conclusion and Recommendations based on this report and previous findings known to us
The patient shows a markedly elevated NT-proBNP, suggestive of possible heart failure or cardiac dysfunction. Mildly high hematocrit and potassium, low total CO₂, and low HDL cholesterol are noted. Other parameters, including renal, liver, and hematologic profiles, are within normal limits. Recommend clinical correlation for cardiac status and consideration of metabolic and cardiovascular risk factors.
