Annotation

Conclusion and Recommendations based on this report and previous findings known to us
The patient shows normocytic anemia (low hemoglobin), increased red cell distribution width, and elevated creatinine, suggesting chronic kidney disease. There is marked hyperbilirubinemia with low transaminases, which may indicate non-hepatocellular jaundice (e.g., hemolysis or cholestasis). Metabolic acidosis is present (low arterial pH), with a prolonged aPTT and low INR. Electrolytes, glucose, and lipid profile are within normal limits. Further clinical correlation and additional workup are recommended.
