Annotation

Conclusion and Recommendations based on this report and previous findings known to us
The patient shows significant dyslipidemia (elevated total cholesterol, LDL, triglycerides; low HDL), hyperglycemia with normal HbA1c, and mildly elevated liver enzymes. Creatinine is elevated in one sample, suggesting possible renal impairment, but normal in another. Low total CO₂ may indicate mild metabolic acidosis. No significant proteinuria is present. Recommend further evaluation for metabolic syndrome, cardiovascular risk, and assessment of renal and liver function.
