Annotation

Conclusion and Recommendations based on this report and previous findings known to us
The patient shows severe metabolic acidosis (pH 6.9), marked hyperbilirubinemia, elevated creatinine (suggesting acute or chronic renal dysfunction), mild hyperkalemia, hyperchloremia, prolonged aPTT, and hypoxemia. There is also dyslipidemia (high total and LDL cholesterol). Immediate clinical evaluation is warranted due to life-threatening acid-base disturbance and possible multi-organ dysfunction.
