Annotation

Conclusion and Recommendations based on this report and previous findings known to us
The patient shows mildly elevated HbA1c, suggesting prediabetes, with normal fasting glucose. There is mild anemia (low hemoglobin and erythrocytes) with normal indices, possibly normocytic. Chloride and platelet distribution width are slightly elevated, but kidney and lipid profiles are within normal limits. No acute abnormalities detected; recommend follow-up for glycemic control and evaluation of anemia.
