Annotation

Conclusion and Recommendations based on this report and previous findings known to us
Laboratory results are largely within normal limits. Notable findings include mildly elevated HbA1c (6.2%), suggesting impaired glucose tolerance or possible diabetes, and a markedly high platelet distribution width, which may indicate increased platelet size variability and warrants clinical correlation. No evidence of anemia, renal dysfunction, or significant dyslipidemia. Recommend monitoring glycemic control and further evaluation of platelet morphology if clinically indicated.
