Conclusion and Recommendations based on this report and previous findings known to us
---
The results indicate significant renal impairment (markedly elevated creatinine, proteinuria, low urine specific gravity), mild hypoglycemia, and mild transaminitis (elevated ALT). Urinalysis shows glucosuria, ketonuria, and proteinuria with brown, cloudy urine but no evidence of infection. These findings are suggestive of acute or chronic kidney disease, possibly with nephrotic-range proteinuria, and possible underlying metabolic disturbance (e.g., diabetes with poor glycemic control or ketoacidosis). Immediate clinical correlation and nephrology evaluation are recommended.
